Introducing: Power to the Youth

Power to the Youth is a network of various organizations and partnerships in the Greater Boston and North Shore regions whose purpose is to build a youth-driven base of like-minded people who work towards healthier communities through youth leadership and jobs, community engagement, and resource sharing. We want to show up at youth summits, gatherings, and events in solidarity to support and learn from each other through interactive activities and youth-led workshops for young people and youth advocates.

Current Projects: 

Power to the Youth will be going live at Boston Latin School’s YouthCAN Summit on May 18th in Cambridge! The Power to the Youth network will be bringing tons of original and youth-led workshops ranging from Self Expression and Liberation to Environmental Justice. We also have some exciting youth-created activities in the works! Check out YouthCAN’s website for all their info.

Power to the Youth is just getting started! Stay on the look-out for future meetings, regional gatherings of youth, and even a stand-alone conference!
