During her time as a youth participant Ludia learned the importance of cultivating the land and each other cross culturally. In 2010 Ludia graduated from the youth programs and transitioned into becoming a seasonal summer staff while completing her undergraduate degree from Regis College. In 2014 Ludia graduated from Regis College with a Bachelors Degree in Public Health and became a full time staff with The Food Project. Within that same year Ludia enrolled in a masters degree Nonprofit Management program at Northeastern University and graduated May 2016. Currently Ludia is working as a Youth Development Specialist facilitating The Food Project's summer Seed Crew and Academic Year Dirt Crew. Transitioning from her native land Freetown Sierra Leone 15 years ago, The Food Project has become a place for her to connect with her community here in the United States and connect with her agricultural ancestry.
